My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious and met our needs perfectly with a great view of the entrance. However, the service was a bit lacking as they didn't seem interested in addressing our concern swiftly. The location, on the other hand, provided a nice mix of local markets and boutiques, offering a quiet retreat from the bustling areas around East Nanjing Rd and the Bund.
